PLEASE NOTE GENERAL ADMISSION DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING, IF CAMPING YOU MUST PURCHASE A GENERAL ADMISSION WRISTBAND AND A CAMPING WRISTBAND PER PERSON. CAMPING WRISTBANDS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BASKET WHEN YOU SELECT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER PITCH
Your wristband must be worn at all times. Security & staff members have the right to ask anyone without a wristband to leave the event. General admission wristbands and camping wristbands are NON REFUNDABLE. If you purchase wristbands online they will be posted to the shipping details supplied at the time of booking.
Wristbands are available to purchase online or direct from The Admiral Nelson every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 15.00-18.00 only. Alternatively wristbands will be available to purchase at the entrance of the festival arena on the day.
It is £15.00 per pitch for any size tent, caravan or RV in our standard campsite and £20.00 per pitch for any size tent, caravan or RV in our family campsite. You may book up to 10 people per pitch. Camping must be pre booked and we ask that campers arrive and set up before 12:00 to avoid congestion entering the field as the day goes on. Alternatively you can arrive, set up and camp on Friday 4th August at no extra cost.
The campsite and festival arena is located in a field that does not belong to The Admiral Nelson and is normally used for livestock so please keep the field as clean as possible and use the bins provided. The land owner has requested NO campfires or BBQ's on site.
Please be aware that unruly behavior will not be tolerated on site and failure to comply with the above may result in you being asked to leave the event. There will be security on site and they will patrol the campsite and festival arena throughout the day/evening for your safety.
The only facilities on each campsite are porta loos, bins and a water tap.
FOOD & DRINK
Only food and drink brought from official festival outlets can be consumed inside the festival arena with the exception of water and soft drinks which must be in collapsible plastic, foil or cardboard containers. Any food or alcoholic beverages found in the festival arena which have not been brought on site will be confiscated. Security have the authority to carry out random bag searches to enforce this rule. Campers may bring food and drink (including alcohol) into the campsite but it must be enjoyed at the campsite ONLY and not brought into the festival arena.
Our event is an all ages, fun filled day out but please be responsible for the little festival goers who might attend. Under 12's cost £1.00 for entry into the festival arena and will be issued with an under 12's wristband. They will they still be charged for the £2 camping fee if camping.
FREE CAR PARKING
There will be free car parking available, the car park will be located in a field adjacent to the festival field; all attendees including campers should use this car park. This car park can be accessed half way down Dark Lane and over a cattle grid, parking attendants will be on site to direct you. We would to like encourage as many vehicles as possible to park in this car park in order to avoid congestion and traffic build up in the village.
DISABLED ACCESS INFO
Every year we try to provide the most appropriate facilities for disabled customers and disabled car parking will be allocated to blue badge holders in the festival arena. A disabled toilet will also be on site.
The Admiral Nelson Music Festival is a one day event and will start at 12:00 noon on Saturday 5th August, the last band and fireworks will finish at approx. 11:00pm
Dogs are welcome in the festival arena but please be aware of loud noise & crowds. Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times and please be responsible for any fowling
